    Korn Ferry is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Counsel - Commercial Contracts role for our client. This role offers an opportunity to be a part of one of the most complex and high‑stakes global litigation portfolios in the engineering and construction industry.The Company A leading multinational engineering and construction firm, our client operates in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) industry, delivering complex, capital‑intensive projects across infrastructure, energy, mining, and industrial sectors. The organization works in highly sophisticated environments, managing multibillion‑dollar projects with significant technical, contractual, and financial complexity.The Role This is a senior, business‑facing position for an attorney who can independently structure, negotiate, and execute a broad range of sophisticated, high‑value EPC and complex commercial agreements across global operations. The portfolio is expected to be primarily customer‑facing, alongside vendor and procurement‑related matters. The role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior attorneys and provides a clear path to advancement based on performance.The Ideal Candidate 10-15+ years of commercial transactions experienceStrong experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, including EPC or construction‑related contractsAbility to lead negotiations independently and manage transactions end‑to‑endExperience with both customer‑facing and vendor/procurement contractsLocation: Houston, TX/Hybrid flex.
