Job Description:
Intellectt Inc. is seeking a Senior CQV / Technology Transfer Engineer to support pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion, equipment installation, technology transfer, and manufacturing readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV).
• Develop and execute IQ/OQ protocols and qualification reports.
• Prepare URS, support equipment design reviews, and coordinate FAT/SAT.
• Support technology transfer, NPI, process validation, and equipment startup.
• Troubleshoot qualification issues and ensure GMP compliance.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on CQV and equipment qualification.
• Strong IQ/OQ/PQ, URS, FAT/SAT knowledge.
• Technology transfer and equipment installation experience.
• GMP compliance and technical documentation.

Preferred: Sterile manufacturing, aseptic filling, formulation equipment, CIP systems, and temperature mapping.
