Job Summary:
This role focuses on enhancing customer experience through advanced data analysis and strategic insights. You will partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues impacting guest and host satisfaction. The position requires independent execution and delivering actionable recommendations to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct deep dives to identify drivers of customer experience issues and propose solutions.
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments to measure the impact of quality initiatives.
  • Apply causal inference methods to assess the true effect of various changes.
  • Utilize LLMs and AI for insights from unstructured data and scaling root-cause analysis.
  • Develop and validate metrics for monitoring customer experience health and identifying emerging issues.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Python/R.
  • Proven experience with A/B testing and causal inference techniques.
Domain Experience:
Marketplace, Product Analytics, Customer Experience, or Trust & Safety.
