E-logic is hiring a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to serve as our on-site Site Lead and designated Key Personnel supporting the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). In this role, you will lead a highly skilled team providing specialized technical expertise to prevent malicious cyber activity, protect defense resources, and support critical DoD missions. You will act as the primary on-site point of contact for the Government's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), balancing technical engineering tasks with team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site Site Lead, providing daily management, quality control, and administration for the E-logic contractor workforce.
- Lead full system life-cycle engineering, change management, and architecture modifications using system engineering guides and SAFE Agile frameworks.
- Conduct advanced threat analysis, incident response, vulnerability management, and root cause analysis.
- Drive technical exchange meetings (TEMs), coordinate risk mitigation plans, and brief government leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Top Secret / SCI is mandatory.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; OR a Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations.
- Current, active CISSP or equivalent senior cybersecurity certification.
- 5+ years of experience leading cybersecurity teams in a DoD environment.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and threat analysis.
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people and managing technical federal contracts valued at $10M+
