Job Title: Senior Data Analyst (Power BI / AWS / SQL)
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid – 2–3 Days Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
- Develop robust Power BI data models, datasets, and semantic models.
- Create advanced DAX measures, calculations, and optimized reports.
- Analyze data from PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, AWS-hosted systems, and Unified Data Hub (UDH) environments.
- Integrate Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) metrics into dashboards.
- Validate data quality, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and perform root cause analysis.
- Partner with engineering teams to resolve data issues and improve reporting accuracy.
- Define KPI standards and support enterprise data governance initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior analysts on Power BI best practices.
- 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Strong expertise in:
- Power BI Desktop
- Power BI Service
- Data Modeling
- DAX
- Power Query (M)
- 5+ years of advanced SQL experience.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Experience working with AWS cloud data environments.
- Strong knowledge of DynamoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Experience creating executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
