 The Senior Data Quality Specialist is responsible for addressing high-priority data feed issues that impacts consumer’s, dealer’s, and service shop’s experience for Car Care, CARFAX for Life, and Shop Loyalty Program.

• Perform CARFAX for Life and Shop Loyalty Program health checks to ensure optimal Car Care user and dealer/shop experience
• Investigate and resolve raw data mapping issues to improve the accuracy of vehicle history reports and service reminders for Car Care users
• Support the CARFAX Dealer Business Unit field and Technical Account Management teams for service data related questions and issues
• Identify and resolve missing data issues through cross-department collaboration and utilization of internal investigation applications
• Communicate with dealer partners informatively and technically to resolve data issues
• Collaborate with data provider and dealers to parse shared data feeds to maximize the performance of CARFAX for Life

• 2+ years of hands-on experience setting up and managing data feeds.
• Consistently a top-ranking team performer.
• Demonstrates excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in the simultaneous use of various office applications.
• Proficient with Salesforce

• Familiar with CAVE Search
• Knowledge of Known Data Types (KDTs)
• Knowledge of data feed branding
