Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our ML Digital Experience & Digital Workplace team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions that transform the digital workplace experience. You will work at the intersection of data science, AI innovation, and enterprise technology to deliver intelligent products and capabilities that drive productivity, automation, and enhanced user experiences across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Machine Learning & AI Development: Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models with end-to-end pipelines and MLOps best practices to ensure scalability, reproducibility, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications

• Masters degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or a related quantitative field. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
