What You Will Do:
Develop Foundation Models: Contribute to the end-to-end development of proprietary foundation models and domain-specific fine-tuning (PEFT, RLHF) to solve high-stakes business challenges.
Architect Agentic Systems: Engineer sophisticated multi-agent orchestrations, autonomous reasoning loops, and tool-calling workflows that integrate advanced RAG for complex, multi-step problem solving.
Engineer High-Fidelity Data: Drive the synthesis of curated and synthetic datasets, ensuring data integrity for large-scale model pre-training, alignment, and benchmarking.
What You Will Bring:
