The Senior Deal Desk Analyst, Revenue Operations plays a critical role in enabling scalable, compliant, and efficient execution across complex commercial opportunities. This role partners directly with global Sales team to structure, evaluate, and execute standard and non-standard deals, ensuring pricing, licensing, contract terms, approvals, and operational handoffs align with customer needs, revenue objectives, and internal governance requirements. The position requires strong commercial judgment, analytical rigor, and ownership of end-to-end deal quality, including the ability to assess customer contract, identify risks or process gaps, and recommend practical paths forward. This role also collaborates closely with Legal, Finance, Billing, Business Process, IT, and broader Revenue Operations partners to improve deal velocity, strengthen controls, enhance documentation, and drive continuous maturity across the quote-to-contract lifecycle.

Job Description and Requirements

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the review and execution of standard or complex, strategic, and non-standard deals, ensuring pricing, licensing, contract terms, approvals, and deal structure align with customer needs, revenue goals, and internal policies. 

• Serve as a senior Deal Desk resource for pricing, licensing, contracting, quoting, approvals, exceptions, and lead-to-contract processes, providing clear guidance to Sales and cross-functional stakeholders. 

• Partner with Sales and downstream teams to move deals through quote creation, intake and review, approvals, exception handling, and operational handoffs. 

• Recommend deal paths and exception decisions that balance customer experience, revenue goals, operational feasibility, risk, and policy compliance while supporting accurate and audit-ready execution. 

• Evaluate deal risk and business impact, including pricing, billing, operational complexity, and compliance requirements. 

• Manage assigned Deal Desk work to support quality, turnaround time, and SLA goals by prioritizing urgent requests, removing blockers, escalating risks, and keeping stakeholders informed. 

• Use data, ticket trends, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to identify process gaps, recurring deal issues, policy concerns, and system limitations, and recommend practical improvements. 

• Support new or improved deal workflows through discovery, requirements, testing, change management, documentation, training, and adoption support. 

• Maintain Deal Desk documentation and enablement materials, including SOPs, approval guidance, pricing and licensing references, workflow instructions, and intake requirements. 

• Support team effectiveness by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, reviewing complex scenarios, and helping standardize Deal Desk processes. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ is preferred 

• Skilled in problem solving and change management 

• Experience with complex sales organizations, ideally with both channel and direct sales teams 

• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to details 

• Team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business; or equivalent work experience
• 2 years in Deal Desk or Sales Ops
• Self-motivated and organized, ability to work in complex deal scenarios 

• Experience in a SaaS environment 

• Ability to independently multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, make recommendations and decisions, and drive projects to completion

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is betweenfollowing values:

$78,000 and $118,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
