Pay Range: $50 - $52 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role will drive strategic initiatives within the Creative Pro Application space, focusing on emerging technologies. The successful candidate will translate ambiguous design concepts into structured, scalable programs that deliver significant business impact. This is an opportunity to build and optimize operational frameworks in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape ambiguous design work into actionable programs with clear objectives.
• Oversee and manage programs across multiple product teams, addressing dependencies and roadblocks.
• Foster collaboration between design, product, engineering, and research disciplines.
• Establish and maintain reporting systems for design initiatives at a portfolio level.
• Integrate AI tooling to enhance program management workflows and communication.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in design operations or program management.
• Ability to establish processes in nascent environments.
• Expertise in managing multi-team, cross-functional programs.

This role requires experience in the technology and software development industry, specifically within creative application spaces.
