Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior IBM BPM / BAW Developer
to design, develop, and support enterprise workflow and business process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience in
IBM BPM, IBM BAW, workflow development, process modeling, IBM integration BUS (IIB), and Java based technologies . The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross functional teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop workflow applications using IBM BPM and IBM BAW.
Build and maintain Business Process Definitions (BPDs), Human Services, Integration Services, and Coach UIs.
Develop reusable toolkits, business objects, and workflow components.
Integrate BPM/BAW applications with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, MQ, and JMS.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Support teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to solution design discussions.

Proven expertise in designing and developing IBM BPM/BAW solutions.
Excellent problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or large enterprise environments is preferred.
