Job Summary

Sr. Support Engineer -

Role Summary

Perform advanced incident analysis and release support for Siemens PLM/CAD client-side issues, installation failures, software delivery problems, and lab/release activities. Provide remote assistance to onsite lab resources and coach L1 support resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Siemens customized PLM/CAD client-side issues, installation failures, software delivery issues, and release defects.
• Execute deeper diagnostics using logs, error traces, deployment status, monitoring data, and validation scripts.
• Support M0-M2 or comparable release test phases, daily software delivery checks, pre-packaging support, and remediation coordination.
• Coordinate with packaging and application teams for package readiness and defect routing.
• Support L1 with knowledge articles, resolution patterns, and ticket quality improvement.
