The Senior Digital Product Manager (individual contributor) | Digital Wealth Advisory will work with agile scrum development teams focused on building and enhancing our various digital capabilities that support our discretionary wealth management offers, with a primary focus of creating industry leading, scalable & configurable digital capabilities for client personalization management. They will be responsible for building a roadmap and executing against that plan with their team.

This role has responsibilities that include managing other domains integrating with the platform, ensuring data is available for reporting and KBI metrics, and working with scrum teams for delivery of required functionality. Representing business and technology stakeholders, this role will work closely with architects, developers, and business to ensure solutions meet business needs and are made with long term goals at the forefront.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain backlog for the scrum team including building requirements, hosting grooming sessions, and continual prioritization of stories based on current roadmap
  • Involved in all scrum team ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, user story sign-off, and production sign-off
  • Actively work with stakeholders to add and prioritize new work for the team's backlog
  • Gather, document, analyze and prioritize detailed business and technical requirements for user stories and bugs based on architect, development operations, or tech lead direction
  • Act as the bridge between business and technology to provide appropriate context for technology initiatives being suggested or worked on
  • Proactively incorporate AI technology to revolutionize discretionary management capabilities

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Agile development practices, scrum teams, and Product Owner responsibilities
  • 5-10 years of experience in wealth management, including a deep understanding of discretionary and non-discretionary investment products available to consumers today
  • Experience working on highly technical development teams that require great attention to detail
  • Ability to translate technical work as business-value deliverables
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with a variety of internal partner platforms and stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and initiative; self-starter
  • High adaptability and creativity in managing an emerging platform through new and evolving consumer trends in wealth management
  • Experience in API based initiatives

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
