We are looking for Senior Direct Support Professionals in Drums, PA to use best practices within a community-based residential setting to teach individuals with disabilities how to acquire the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social skills needed to live as independently as possible. The Senior Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for providing person-centered care tailored to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will also support a team with day-to-day operations and challenges as a team leader for an assigned location.
Starting pay is$16.50 an hour
We are looking for seniors for our group homes in Weatherly, Wyoming, Wilkes Barre, Drums & Albrightsville.
We are offering a $250 Sign-On Bonus opportunity for New Hires! (Must complete 90 days of satisfactory employment to be eligible)
