Location: Florida USA

Compensation: $200,000 - $240,000 by level, plus bonus

Business Description: My client, a growing regenerative medicine CDMO, is creating a new leadership role, not a replacement.

- Influence engineering across U.S. and European operations

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead a distributed engineering organization across U.S. sites

- Set the multi-year engineering strategy and govern capital projects

- Drive process development, scale-up, and validation

- Lead packaging design, validation, and sterilization-interface work

- Build Lean daily management and root-cause discipline across sites

About You

- Be able to do the job as described.

- Led multi-site engineering in medical device, pharma, or biologics

- Brings packaging engineering depth alongside process engineering

- Has built and implemented AI use cases, including basic AI agents

- On site in Florida (preferred), Minnesota, or Indiana, with up to 30% travel including Europe
