Inthis role, you will partner closely withthe Global Digital Network, Finance, and business leaders to align financial strategy with digital transformation priorities. You will bring a deep understanding of financial planning, capital allocation, anddigitalcost structures while demonstrating strong data literacy and fluency in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational rigor,creativelicense, curiosity,and the ability to influence at senior levels to ensure ourdigitalinvestments deliver long‑term value for the enterprise.

What You’ll Do for Us

1. Financial Planning & Performance Management

  • Lead end‑to‑end financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for theGlobal Digital Networkfunction, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and growth priorities.

  • Establish and optimize processes for budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning within theGlobal Digital Networkorganization.

2. Investment Strategy & Value Creation

  • Partner with seniordigitalleaders to evaluate investment opportunities, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives that maximize return on investment and enterprise impact.

  • Develop and implement financial& economicmodels that assess the value of digital transformation efforts, including cloud adoption, platform modernization, and artificial intelligence initiatives, as well as system fundingand relationship models.

3. Financial Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Drive transparency and accountability indigitalspend, including operating expenses and capital investments, through robust financial governance and reporting frameworks.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements relatedfordigitalinvestments and spending.

4. Cost Management & Operational Efficiency

  • Lead cost optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining service quality and innovation capacity.

5. Strategic Business Partnership & Insights

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership by analyzing financial, operational, anddigitalperformance data.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally, centrally and with OUs,with Procurement, Strategy,Enterprise Services,and other Finance teams to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and financial risks associated withdigitalservices.

6. Leadership, Data & Sustainability Transformation

  • Champion data‑driven decision making and promote the use of advanced analytics and digital tools across finance anddigitalteams.

  • Support sustainability goals by integrating environmental and social considerations intodigitalinvestment decisions and financial planning.

  • Comfortable in ambiguity,thought leadership, empowerment

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline preferred.

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, with significant experience supporting information technology, digital, or transformation functions.

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, capital investment evaluation,economicand funding model creation & evaluation,and cost management within a technology environment.

  • Strong understanding of technology cost drivers, including infrastructure, cloud services, software, and digital platforms.

  • Advanced data literacy, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and leverage analytics tools to drive insights and decision‑making.

  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence and digital technologies, including their financial implications and value measurement.

  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.

  • Experienceinfluencinghigh‑performing teams in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial concepts into clear business insights for non‑finance stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of financial systems, enterprise resource planning platforms, and modern reporting tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Expertise in managing financial aspects of vendor relationships, including contracts, negotiations, and spend optimization, ensuring value realization and risk mitigation.
