Beyond numbers, success requires exceptional relationship-building skills, a high EQ and above-average IQ, and the ability to influence across a networked global organization.

You will integrate brand and commercial priorities into enterprise planning, optimize global investments, and leverage data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and AI technologies. Combining financial strategy with operational excellence across Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain (TISC), Marketing, and other critical functions, you will enable disciplined resource allocation and create measurable impact for one of the world's most iconic brands.

    What You'll Do for Us

    • Lead all category financial planning processes: Long-Range Plan, Annual Business Plan, and rolling forecasts-aligning Operating Unit inputs with global brand and portfolio priorities.
    • Partner with RGM, TISC, Marketing, Human Insights, Analytics, and Operating Units to integrate consumer, commercial, and supply perspectives into financial frameworks.
    • Analyze performance trends, consumer and competitor behaviors, and value-chain economics to highlight growth opportunities, risks, and actionable insights for executive decision-making.
    • Guide investment and resource allocation decisions across brands and markets leveraging ROI-driven models, scenario planning, and enterprise perspective.
    • Oversee governance and in-year budget management ensuring alignment of strategic ambition with financial discipline.
    • Drive transformation through automation, advanced analytics, and AI-powered forecasting methodologies, delivering quicker, sharper decision support for leadership.
    • Lead through influence: mobilize global finance networks, engage senior stakeholders, and cascade enterprise priorities across categories and Operating Units.
    • Build and coach a high-performing finance team with strength in strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and relationship management to maximize system impact.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • 12+ years in finance roles, including deep experience in financial planning, commercial finance, or strategic consulting.
    • Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, STEM, or related field); MBA, CPA, CFA preferred.
    • Proven ability to shape strategy, influence senior leaders, and drive complex decisions across a matrixed global organization.
    • Network leadership skills to align Operating Units, category leadership, and enterprise functions toward shared objectives.
    • Outstanding communication and storytelling ability-simplifying complex financial narratives into clear, actionable strategies for executives.
    • Experience applying data analytics, AI, and digital tools for forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance management.
    • Demonstrated resilience working in highly ambiguous environments, balancing strategic priorities with real-time business needs.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills reflecting high emotional intelligence (EQ), combined with strong analytical horsepower (above-average IQ).
    • End-to-end business understanding, ideally within consumer goods, including exposure to marketing economics, RGM strategies, and supply chain value drivers.

    What We'll Do for You

    • Offer a global platform to directly shape category growth strategies that influence enterprise success.
    • Provide access to advanced analytics, automation, and AI solutions to elevate decision-making at scale.
    • Enable collaboration with senior leadership across Marketing, RGM, TISC, Finance, and international Operating Units to build holistic business strategies.
    • Foster leadership capability and career advancement through exposure to complex initiatives within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
