Overview
Point2Tech is seeking a high-performing, execution-oriented Senior Director of Operations to manage, optimize and scale our fabless semiconductor end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with direct impact on the success of Point2's innovative high-performance interconnect products, providing the right candidate the opportunity to grow based on performance and company growth.
We are looking for someone who can bring structure, discipline, and accountability to the organization while remaining comfortable operating in a fast-moving, collaborative, start-up environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve day-to-day operations functions including Supply Chain management, Product and Test Engineering, Quality and Reliability.
- Develop team, processes, capability and infrastructure to enable high volume ramp delivering products into extremely demanding end customer applications.
- Manage relationships and daily execution of wafer foundry and OSAT partners.
- Focus on all aspects of New Product Introduction including NPI material planning and schedules, ATE test development, characterization, bench correlation, reliability qualification, yield stabilization and improvement.
- Establish Sales and Operations planning methodology and own supply planning to support dynamic demand forecasts.
- Define requirements and drive DFx and other initiatives with development teams to achieve cost, yield and quality objectives.
- Establish KPIs and drive improvement plans. Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for automation, AI, and efficiency.
- Partner with leadership on supply chain strategy, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of progressive experience in fabless semiconductor operations or related business leadership. MSEE, MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
- Technical depth and breadth with demonstrated knowledge of semiconductor wafer fab, package, assembly, and test of high-performance mixed signal and RF products.
- Proven experience scaling operations, improving processes, and driving cross-functional execution.
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience using KPIs and data to drive decisions.
- Experience implementing business systems, workflow automation, and process improvements.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on, accountable leadership style with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Able to travel as necessary including frequent visits to Point2 Korea offices and partner locations.

The base pay range for this role is $218,000 - $263,000 annually. Base pay will be determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
