Position
The Senior Director, Total Rewards will lead the strategy, design, governance, and execution of Eikon''s Total Rewards programs, including compensation, equity, benefits, and recognition. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this highly visible leader will partner closely with Executive Leadership, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, Finance, Legal, and Human Resources to ensure our programs attract, retain, and motivate exceptional talent while supporting our business strategy, culture, and responsibilities as a newly public company. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Total Rewards leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence. The Senior Director will build upon Eikon''s strong foundation while continuing to evolve our compensation and benefits programs, governance, and infrastructure to support a growing, clinical-stage biotechnology organization.
About You
You are an experienced Total Rewards leader with deep expertise across compensation, executive compensation, equity, benefits, and rewards governance. You are equally comfortable developing strategy, working through complex compensation analyses, advising senior executives, and preparing materials for a Compensation Committee. You understand the unique requirements of operating in a public company environment and can translate complex data, market practices, and regulatory considerations into clear recommendations and practical solutions. You are a collaborative and hands-on leader who enjoys developing strong teams, building scalable programs, and partnering across HR, Finance, Legal, and the business.

The expected salary range for this role is $257,000 to $309,750 depending on skills, competency, and the market demand for your expertise.
