Senior Dissemination Analyst

INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence forces conducts worldwide multidiscipline and all source intelligence operations delivers advanced skills training linguist support specialized quick reaction capabilities intelligence related logistics and communications in support of Army Joint and Coalition command and the National Intelligence Community. You will be part of a team that provides comprehensive automationinformation technology support to the Data Capabilities Division DCD worldwide intelligence dissemination mission.The program works directly with government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. The program mission is to support users within the program of record through multiple support services including operational management information sharing data brokering and governance messaging support and access management.Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8 hoursday Core hours 0900-1500Essential ResponsibilitiesSupporting the enterprise through preparing and processing appropriately marked products between security domains.Document staging and tagging across multiple networks per customer requirements.Fulfilling user requests from group phone and group email requests.Updating logs and pertinent information for consistency and continuity.Ensure the accurate and complete generation and modification of intelligence metadata consistent with Government approved direction.Determine releasability of intelligence information.Work Environment Physical Demands and Mental Demands Open office work desk within a SCIF.Minimum Requirements Knowledge Skills and Abilities4 years demonstrated experience managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning collection processing analysis or dissemination. Experience preparing and processing movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains and approved intelligence repositories.Experience ensuring the accurate and complete generation and modification of intelligence metadata consistent with Government approved direction.Experience with DoD policies and procedures determining releasability of classified information.Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete indirect highly complex seemingly unrelated andor technically advanced.Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing driving collection and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting designing and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.Demonstrates ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.Excellent customer service skills.Experience working in governmentDoD unclassified and classified environments.Security Clearance Required Current TSSCI with ability to obtain a polygraphMinimum Education High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience 15 years with a High School Diploma 12 years with Associate 10 years with a Bachelors 8 years with a MastersOther ResponsibilitiesSafety - Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
