What Youll Do:

Qualifications:
The Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position . Minimum qualifications listed below would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experience and / or schoolwork/classes/research. The preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Engineering, Computer Science or in a STEM related field of study • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DSP algorithm development • Expertise in Digital Signal Processing theory with focus on wireless communications and /or defense systems ( e.g. radar, satellite communications, electronic warfare) • Experience in MATLAB for algorithm implementation, simulation, and fixed-point modeling to support hardware/software development teams
Preferred Qualifications
• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or in a STEM related field of study • Experience with AI/ML techniques and applications • Hands-on RF laboratory experience with test equipment and measurement systems
