Pay Range: $65 - $67.55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cross-functional digital initiatives and portfolios across multiple business lines and e-commerce platforms.
- Identify customer experience gaps, business risks, dependencies, and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze customer journeys to improve product discovery, conversion, engagement, average order value (AOV), and cross-selling.
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Global teams to define requirements, develop features, and optimize digital experiences.
- Lead global campaigns and initiatives, adapting strategies to meet local market requirements.
- Use Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and other data tools to analyze performance, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, milestones, stakeholder alignment, risk management, launch, and post-launch measurement.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to recommend improvements in digital capabilities, merchandising, and customer experience.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional project or program management.
- Experience with product roadmapping, process improvement, and digital commerce initiatives.
- Knowledge of customer journey optimization, e-commerce merchandising, and growth strategies.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, analyze performance data, and translate insights into business recommendations.
