Description

• Manage Site/Civil engineering projects from proposal through completion.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical professionals.
• Oversee project budgets, profitability, scheduling, QA/QC, and billing.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, reports, specifications, and calculations.
• Direct land development, site design, utility design, and stormwater management projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders.
• Support client relationship management and business development efforts.
• Oversee permitting and regulatory compliance activities.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of Site/Civil engineering experience.
• Proven project management and staff leadership experience.
• Ability to mentor engineers and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience working with both public and private sector clients.
• PE License (NJ and/or NY preferred).
• AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• AutoCAD.
• HydroCAD or equivalent stormwater modeling software.
• Land Development Design.
• Stormwater Management.
• Utility Design.
• Construction Administration.
• Permitting and regulatory agency coordination.
• Technical report writing and proposal development.
