Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

About the Opportunity:
ZipStaff is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Marketing and Data Analytics initiatives for a well-known outdoor retail / direct-to-consumer organization.
You will sit between marketing, product, and technology — documenting processes, writing requirements, and helping deliver solutions for email, audience targeting, customer file, campaigns, and customer insights. This is a senior BA seat in the marketing data domain, not a generic ticket-taking analyst role.
What You’ll Do:
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years as a Business Analyst on marketing, data analytics, or customer-data initiatives.
- Proven requirements gathering and process documentation.
- Experience working with product owners, PMs, and technical teams.
- Ability to translate marketing / customer-data needs into functional requirements.
- Strong stakeholder communication.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer marketing.
- Audience targeting, campaign management, or customer-file / data-feed work.
- Exposure to multi-year marketing or data-platform roadmaps.
