SUMMARY: Seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Engineering Supervisor to provide senior-level technical expertise while helping build and lead its growing electrical engineering discipline in Houston.

DUTIES AND RESPONABLITIES:

• Provide technical leadership for electrical engineering projects within power-generation and industrial environments
• Lead engineering efforts involving low- and medium-voltage electrical systems
• Support electrical systems ranging approximately from 480V through 115kV
• Provide engineering expertise related to 13.8kV systems, power distribution, and major facility electrical infrastructure
• Support power-generation, utility, industrial, and data-center-related projects
• Serve as a technical mentor and resource for engineers as the department grows
• Help recruit, develop, and build the electrical engineering discipline
• Interface directly with clients and participate in technical meetings and presentations
• Support proposals, project pursuits, client development, and backlog growth
• Maintain strong technical involvement while taking on increasing discipline leadership responsibilities
• Represent as a senior technical resource with clients and industry partners

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Approximately 15–20 years of electrical engineering experience preferred
• Strong background in power generation, EPC, utilities, industrial power, or related engineering environments
• Experience with low- and medium-voltage systems ranging from approximately 480V through 115kV
• Experience with 13.8kV systems is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of industrial power distribution and electrical infrastructure
• Power-generation and/or data-center power infrastructure experience is highly desirable
• Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring engineering teams
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Ability to remain technically involved while helping grow and lead an engineering discipline
