Job Details
What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop electrical components and systems for commercial, industrial, and military applications
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, statements of work, cost estimates, and proposals
- Support hardware bring-up, debug, and qualification testing in an on-site MIL-SPEC lab
- Coordinate with engineering teams, customers, and manufacturing to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Develop and recommend updates to documentation policies and procedures
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
Requirements:
- Years of electrical engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in analog and digital design
- Experience with PCB design and layout tools, preferably Cadence Allegro
- Familiarity with IPC and Military standards for circuit card design
- Experience taking products from design through production
- Hands-on lab experience with hardware bring-up and debug
- Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred
