Senior Electrical Project Manager
Tampa/Orlando (Relocation Package Available)

A successful electrical contractor in Florida specializing in large commercial, institutional, industrial and mission critical projects is actively searching for a Senior Project Manager to join their team.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This leadership role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of large electrical projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
Lead project teams including Assistant PMs, Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors
Ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards, contract specifications, and safety requirements
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely updates
Monitor job costing, labor productivity, and material tracking to ensure profitability
Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation plans
Collaborate with internal departments including estimating, engineering, and field operations

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership project management role
Proven track record managing large-scale projects from start to finish
Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC, and construction best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in project management tools
Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
