Required Qualifications

· Minimum 5yearsofhands-onexperiencein industrial maintenance.

· Proven experience working in 24/7manufacturingenvironments.

· Strong practical knowledge of:

o Mechanical systems (conveyors, pneumatics, pumps).

o Electrical systems (motors, starters, basic controls).

· Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

· Strong troubleshooting skills at the equipment level.

· Comfortable working under pressure during production downtime.

Preferred

· Experience in foodorbeveragemanufacturing.

· Experience troubleshooting VFDs(fault recognition and reset).

· Basic welding or fabrication skills.

· Experience with sanitary equipment
