Job Description
Premier NYC employment law firm in the Financial District is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience on the Plaintiff or Defense side doing employment litigation work. Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (hybrid). Salary depends on experience. Compensation consists of $150K - $200K base plus bonus/commission. Company offers points on cases, health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and remote Fridays.
Responsibilities:
-Litigate employment related cases
-Ability to handle complex cases
-Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
-Conduct legal research
-Make court appearances in courts in NYC and surrounding area
-Provide exemplary legal counsel and representation
-Delegate casework to legal support staff
