Full Job Description*** If you do not have experience with EB1A Petition cases please do not apply ***Job SummaryGibbs Houston Pauw is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employment-Based Immigration Paralegal to manage a high-volume caseload of immigration matters. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of attorneys to guide clients through the legal process, prepare complex filings, and ensure compliance with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesCase Management: Oversee end-to-end processing of non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, E-3, O-1, TN) and immigrant (PERM, I-140, I-485) visa cases. Caseload includes a high volume of EB-1A petition filings.Document Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize petition packages, including complex PERM applications and RFE responses.Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and foreign nationals, providing regular updates and strategic guidance.Mentorship: Provide guidance, training, and quality assurance reviews for junior paralegals and legal assistants.Compliance & Research: Stay updated on changing immigration regulations and policies, ensuring firm processes reflect current law.Technology Utilization: Manage workflows using immigration case management software.SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience using case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Candidate should be a motivated self-starter who is able to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and the legal team.Excellent customer service skills.QualificationsExperience: 3-5+ years of dedicated employment-based immigration experience.Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of PERM, H-1B, and I-140 procedures.Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.Education: Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveVision insuranceAbility to Commute: Seattle, WA 98104 (Required)Ability to Relocate: Seattle, WA 98104: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
