About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Employment Counsel to join its legal team. The successful candidate will be a key advisor on a wide range of employment and labor matters, with a focus on global HR issues. This role requires a professional with at least 6 years' legal experience, including a combination of large law firm and in-house experience, particularly within the tech industry. The Senior Employment Counsel will be responsible for providing expert guidance on recruiting, hiring, employee relations, performance management, terminations, and various compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US employment law and experience in international employment, with a preference for exposure to UK, EU, APAC, and/or LatAm employment law.Applicants for the Senior Employment Counsel position at the company should possess excellent drafting skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive mindset. The role involves close collaboration with the People, Finance, and business teams, as well as the development and delivery of training programs on employment law topics.
