Formulate project proposals Support strategic evaluations of potential projects and preparation of business cases. Oversee implementation processes, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Ensure compliance with internal procedures Required Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience Bachelors degree in engineering (such as mechanical, biomedical, software, or electrical) or other STEM degree (such as Biology, Chemistry, etc.) Sustaining R&D, R&D and/or Manufacturing engineering experience with the medical devices. Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and work well with teams. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Monday.com, Jira). Documentation skills, DHF experience. Professional certifications such as PMP, or equivalent are a plus. High level of integrity, discretion, and resilience under pressure. Strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
