Contract - Remote in US  About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep technical expertise and a strong sense of ownership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and shipping high-quality applications end-to-end—from early design through production.

You’ll play a key role in developing modern, scalable software while leveraging cutting-edge AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and code quality.
What You’ll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and/or Ruby on Rails
  • Own projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and implement features
  • Use modern AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code, CodeX) to enhance development workflows
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
  • Mentor engineers and support a strong engineering culture
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong experience building applications using:
    • React (frontend)
    • Node.js and/or Ruby on Rails (backend)
  • Proven ability to own and deliver projects end-to-end
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with payments systems or financial transactions
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted/agentic coding tools and workflows
  • Experience designing APIs and working with cloud-based architectures
