About the Role Were looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep technical expertise and a strong sense of ownership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and shipping high-quality applications end-to-endfrom early design through production.
Youll play a key role in developing modern, scalable software while leveraging cutting-edge AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and code quality. What Youll Do
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and/or Ruby on Rails
Own projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and implement features
Use modern AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code, CodeX) to enhance development workflows
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
Mentor engineers and support a strong engineering culture
What Were Looking ForRequired Qualifications
7+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience building applications using:
React (frontend)
Node.js and/or Ruby on Rails (backend)
Proven ability to own and deliver projects end-to-end
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with payments systems or financial transactions
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
Familiarity with AI-assisted/agentic coding tools and workflows
Experience designing APIs and working with cloud-based architectures
