Job Summary

Sigma Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Technical Developer for an onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity in Irving, Texas. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP technical development experience, with expertise in .NET/C#, APIs, web services, Python, SQL, HTML, and automation technologies.

In this role, you will design, develop, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications supporting Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Human Resources. You will also help optimize system performance, maintain integrations and workflows, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure the reliability and availability of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, implement, and maintain ERP applications and technical solutions.

• Configure, troubleshoot, and support ERP systems, including advanced application features and integrations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain APIs, web services, service accounts, and automated workflows.

• Monitor ERP integrations and Business Object Documents (BODs) to identify synchronization issues, processing errors, and performance bottlenecks.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams, vendors, and technical support.

• Implement automation tools and procedures to improve system availability, operational efficiency, and reliability.

• Support ERP applications across Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and related business functions.

• Monitor support queues, track incidents, document resolutions, and meet established service-level requirements.

• Prepare technical documentation, status reports, troubleshooting procedures, and support summaries.

• Collaborate with ERP teams to provide advanced technical support, knowledge sharing, and guidance.

• Research emerging technologies, programming languages, and development tools to improve enterprise applications.

• Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call support and provide after-hours assistance when required.

• Deliver responsive customer service to business users, technical teams, and vendors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

• At least 5 years of software development experience, including design, coding, and implementation.

• Strong knowledge of .NET/C#, APIs, web services, Python, SQL, HTML, and robotic process automation (RPA).

• Experience in ERP technical development, enterprise application support, or information systems.

• Knowledge of ERP applications supporting Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Human Resources.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and vendors.

• Willingness to work onsite in Irving, TX and participate in rotating on-call support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five years of related technical development experience supporting Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or enterprise information systems.

• ERP software certifications.

• Experience with ERP integrations, BOD processing, API monitoring, web services, workflow development, and system performance optimization.

• Experience with automation tools and enterprise application monitoring.
