What You'll Do

• Prepare conceptual budgets and detailed cost estimates
• Lead quantity takeoffs and subcontractor bid solicitation
• Analyze proposals and identify value engineering opportunities
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams
• Support preconstruction efforts from concept through award

• 10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Experience preparing budgets and competitive bid packages
• Proficiency with estimating software and cost analysis tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 + Bonus + Benefits
