Senior Estimator

• Develop detailed conceptual estimates based on project scope and design documents.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to align budgets with project requirements.
• Analyze market trends and material costs to provide accurate pricing recommendations.
• Prepare cost breakdowns and presentations for stakeholders.
• Review and validate subcontractor and supplier proposals for accuracy and feasibility.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
• Maintain updated cost databases and historical cost records.
• Support bid preparation and negotiation processes as required.
