We're looking for a Senior Estimator to join our Washington office and lead estimating efforts for projects across a wide range of markets, including commercial, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, senior living, and tenant improvement. The right person will bring strong technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to mentor and guide others while maintaining accountability for the quality and completeness of each estimate. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Estimator based in our Washington office, you will lead cost estimating for construction projects from early conceptual budgeting through final competitive bid. You will work closely with preconstruction, project management, and operations teams to develop accurate, well supported estimates, manage subcontractor buyout and bid solicitation, and help shape winning proposals for clients across the region. This is a role for someone who is detail oriented, comfortable owning a bid from start to finish, and confident representing Deacon's numbers to clients and leadership alike. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
