Position Overview

A leading educational organization is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Enterprise Systems & Data Services Team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement.

Primary Focus

The role is heavily focused on:

• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development
• Advanced SQL development
• Database design and management
• Data integration and transformation
• Enterprise data systems support
• Software engineering and application development

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, procedures, and database solutions.
• Support enterprise data systems and integrations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing applications and databases.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and system performance.

Required Experience & Skills

• Senior-level software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in SQL development.
• Extensive experience with ETL tools and processes.
• Experience working with enterprise data systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up time.
• Experience with database architecture, performance tuning, and data integration.
