What You'll Do
Manage all event sales for the Minneapolis market
Convert inbound leads daily into repeat business
Build and grow your book of business — local connections required
Coach and motivate your team to hit and exceed goals
Partner with operations to deliver seamless, unforgettable events
What You Bring
Proven success in hospitality or event sales (restaurant, hotel, or venue experience preferred)
Tripleseat experience required
Strong closing, leadership, and communication skills
Willingness to go above and beyond — staying late when needed
