Senior Executive Assistant, Nursing Administration, Full Time, Days

The Executive Assistant Sr. is responsible for production of administrative and clinical materials and correspondence, coordinating day-to-day activities and other duties and projects as assigned.  Performs high-level secretarial duties in an efficient and effective manner, in accordance with departmental objectives, assuring optimal secretarial services are provided to the highest level of productivity.  Activities contribute significantly to the smooth running of the overall department.

Required Experience

• Nursing Administration:

• LA City fire Card within six months of employment
