Job Summary
The Senior Executive Compensation Analyst is responsible for the design support, modeling, governance, and administration of executive compensation programs. This role provides end-to-end ownership of executive compensation analysis and SEC disclosure processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and shareholder expectations.
Operating as a senior individual contributor, this role partners closely with senior leadership, HR, Finance, Legal, and external advisors (e.g., Mercer) to deliver competitive, data-driven, and compliant compensation outcomes. The role serves as a key expert in executive compensation, balancing analytical rigor, governance, and execution.
Job Responsibilities
Executive Compensation Design & Analysis
Analytics & Financial Modeling
Governance, Compliance & SEC Disclosure
Own the preparation, review, and delivery of executive compensation disclosures, including proxy/CD&A, in partnership with Legal and external advisors
Ensure executive compensation programs comply with all applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, IRS, Dodd-Frank)
Validate the accuracy and completeness of all executive compensation data used in regulatory filings and disclosures
Maintain strong controls, documentation, and audit-ready processes for executive compensation programs
Monitor regulatory developments and emerging disclosure requirements, advising on implications
