About the Role
We are an entrepreneurial family seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Personal Assistant to support both Principals across our home, businesses, and personal lives. As parents of four young children and founders of multiple ventures, we value kindness, integrity, professionalism, discretion, and mutual respect, and we're committed to building a long-term team of trusted professionals. As a trusted extension of the Principals, your role is to reduce cognitive load by protecting our time, attention, and peace of mind. You'll work closely with our long-term remote Executive Assistant, who manages calendars and executive administration, and our Household Manager, who oversees daily household operations. Your primary responsibility is to provide the in-person support that connects our homes, businesses, vendors, and properties, ensuring seamless communication, organization, and day-to-day execution. Over time, you'll also become cross-trained in key executive systems to provide continuity and collaborative support when needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the Principals’ trusted in-person partner across multiple residences, businesses, and family responsibilities.
Coordinate errands, appointments, travel logistics, vendors, deliveries, inventory, vehicle management, gifting, and special projects.
Support meetings, creative projects, events, and photoshoots.
Prepare and maintain organized workspaces while creating welcoming, polished environments throughout the day.
Partner closely with our Executive Assistant and Household Manager to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Provide occasional evening, weekend, and travel support as family needs arise.
Possess a natural ability to anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and quietly remove friction from the Principals’ daily lives.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
Proficient with Google Workspace, Apple ecosystem, ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Monday.com, Asana, and modern productivity tools.
Proven background in high-level calendar management.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Highly discreet with impeccable judgment and emotional intelligence.
Calm under pressure, polished, proactive, and resourceful.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
The Ideal Candidate
You notice what others miss, anticipate needs without being asked, and enjoy creating calm, bringing order to complexity, and making life easier for others through thoughtful service. You communicate with warmth and professionalism, adapt quickly, and understand that luxury service is about making people feel supported, not simply completing tasks. Success in this role means becoming a trusted extension of our family—someone whose presence creates stability, reduces stress, and allows us to focus on our family and businesses. Over time, you'll become a trusted partner, supporting both personal and professional priorities with exceptional discretion, sound judgment, and a long-term mindset. This role is best suited for someone who is resourceful, emotionally steady, and thrives with autonomy. We hope to find someone whose impact is so meaningful that we eventually wonder how we ever managed without you.
