Senior Expeditor / Planner

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Expeditor / Planner to join a manufacturing facility in Worcester, MA. This position is responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing material flow, and ensuring customer orders are completed and shipped on time. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining manufacturing plans, reviewing production forecasts, releasing customer orders to shipping, and tracking work orders throughout the manufacturing process. The Senior Expeditor / Planner will utilize MRP systems to analyze material requirements, establish production schedules, and coordinate priorities with production supervisors. Additional responsibilities include planning machine shop operations, managing materials requiring outside processing, coordinating with Purchasing and Quality Assurance to expedite critical components, monitoring inventory movements, and communicating lead times and order updates to Customer Service.
