Position: Senior Field Operations Engineer -UAS Location: Irvine, CA Position Description: The Senior Field Support Engineer – UAS serves as a vital link between Field Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams. This role supports rapid technical resolution of field issues and ensures accurate capture and communication of operational feedback to internal teams. The engineer is responsible for implementing and evolving a Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) and for ensuring field technical issues are triaged, tracked, and resolved in a structured, data-driven way. Salary: $125,000- $150,000 annually Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.
