    Job Description

Senior Finance Manager Full-time · On-Site · Minneapolis, MN About us: At TRiCares, we are dedicated to developing innovative, minimally invasive solutions for patients with failing tricuspid valves. With teams in Paris (France), Munich (Germany), and Minneapolis (MN), we are a late-stage structural heart company on a mission to improve cardiac patient care. This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate, international team working to transform cardiovascular treatment through innovative technology. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Finance Manager to own finance and accounting for our U.S. subsidiary, with support for HR, as we conduct a multicenter clinical trial and grow the U.S. team. Reporting to the Senior Director Finance and working closely with our European headquarters, you will improve existing processes and build new ones across accounting, reporting, planning, and payroll. As a growing company with a start-up mentality, we are looking for a versatile professional who enjoys wearing several hats and supporting non-finance tasks as business needs evolve. The ideal candidate has experience in the medical device industry (ideally with clinical trials), enjoys building and scaling financial operations, and combines attention to detail with reliability and flexibility. Responsibilities: Serve as the go-to person for all U.S. finance and accounting matters and the primary finance contact for U.S. leadership and our European headquarters. Own day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, bank reconciliations, and the month-end close in collaboration with our external accounting firm. Monitor cash flow and liquidity, prepare cash forecasts, and track financial KPIs. Lead the annual budget and rolling forecasts for the U.S. entity and analyze budget-to-actual variances. Manage clinical trial finance, including site budgets, investigator payments, and clinical trial accruals. Prepare regular reporting for investors and the Board, and coordinate ESG data collection and reporting. Manage intercompany invoicing and support transfer pricing documentation with our European group entities. Support the annual audit, federal and state tax filings, sales and use tax, insurance renewals, and other compliance requirements together with external advisors. Prepare management presentations and ad hoc financial analyses. Administer payroll and benefits (including annual open enrollment) with our PEO. Support recruiting as the U.S. team grows and help build scalable HR policies and processes. Manage vendor contracts and support other projects as needed. Requirements and skills: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA a plus. 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, or finance. Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP; experience working intercompany accounting is a plus. Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry, ideally with clinical trial finance, is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of U.S. payroll and benefits administration; HR experience is a plus. Hands-on attitude, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to learn quickly. Ability to deliver accurate, reliable results under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders, international colleagues, and external partners such as auditors, banks, and investors. Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with accounting/ERP systems and payroll/HR platforms is a plus. Authorization to work in the United States. Ability to work on-site in Minneapolis and travel occasionally to Europe. What we offer: A dynamic and forward-thinking work environment, shaping the future of transcatheter heart valve therapy The opportunity to work in a truly international team, with talented and driven colleagues from around the globe A strong company culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and purpose Excellent opportunities for personal and professional development in a fast-growing MedTech company A competitive compensation and benefits package tailored to your experience and contribution Regular team events and offsites to connect, celebrate successes, and foster team spirit An inclusive and respectful workplace where diversity is not only welcomed but valued Ready to make a difference? We look forward to receiving your application. Join us on our journey to transform patient care - one heartbeat at a time. Apply now at: HR@tricares.com.
