Role Description The Senior Financial Advisor is a remote role responsible for providing comprehensive financial guidance to clients across areas such as retirement planning, investments, insurance, and overall financial strategies. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients virtually or physically, assessing their financial goals and risk tolerance, preparing tailored financial plans, and recommending appropriate products and services. The role involves ongoing monitoring of client portfolios, conducting regular reviews, and adjusting strategies in line with market conditions and client needs. The Senior Financial Advisor will collaborate with Experior’s broader network, leverage firm-provided tools, training, and mentorship, and may support junior advisors through coaching and knowledge sharing. This position requires adherence to regulatory standards, accurate documentation, and a proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Life, Accident or Health Insurance License
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam
• Series 6 License
• Series 7 License
• Series 63 License
• Series 65 License
• Series 66 License
• Atleast 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer management using the above licenses.
• Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills, with demonstrated experience developing holistic, client-centered strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments expertise, including understanding of market trends, portfolio construction, and risk management.
• Candidates should possess Retirement Planning skills, including designing income strategies, tax-efficient approaches, and long-term wealth preservation plans.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse clients.
• Comfort working remotely, managing time effectively, and using digital tools for virtual meetings, CRM, and financial planning software.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business development, ethical practice, and building long-term client relationships.
• No minimum educational qualifications

100% commission-based role with fixed, industry-leading rates and no cap on your annual earnings. Yearly earnings of $50000 and upwards.
