Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed financial analysis, forecasts, models, and reporting to support strategic business decisions.
- Serve as a trusted finance business partner to senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and objective financial perspectives.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes while analyzing financial and operational performance, trends, and variances.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting, enhance data quality, and increase efficiency across finance.
- Advise and collaborate with other analysts and cross-functional teams while supporting strategic projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related finance role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling, and Microsoft Excel skills.
