Senior Financial Analyst

CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting our growing healthcare company in their search for a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis functions. This role partners closely with finance and operational leaders to provide actionable financial insights, drive performance improvements, and support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring timely submissions from functional leaders.
• Analyze financial results against budget and forecast, identify variances, and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Manage monthly cash forecasts, liquidity reporting, and key financial scorecards, including attrition and cash flow metrics.
• Prepare financial reporting packages and presentations for executive leadership and board-level review.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to enhance reporting processes, financial systems, and data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• MBA or CPA required.
• 4-10 years of progressive financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple short-term and long-term financial projections simultaneously.

Salary range: $90,000-$110,000 annually
