  • Partner with operational and functional teams to validate assumptions and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve the efficiency of financial planning activities.

Strategic Analysis

  • Build scenario analyses and business case models to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational decisions.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations that summarize financial performance, emerging trends, and key business insights.
  • Research market conditions, industry trends, and economic factors that may impact business performance.
  • Translate complex financial information into meaningful recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Approximately 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial analysis, investment banking, consulting, public accounting, or another analytical finance environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and how they interact to support business decision-making.
  • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred

  • CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience with financial planning software, ERP systems, business intelligence tools, or data visualization platforms.
  • Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar analytical tools is beneficial.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
