A client of The 4324 Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in the Chicagoland area. This full-time position offers the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and business performance evaluation. In this role, you will provide critical financial insights and support to drive informed decision-making and contribute to the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
